New Energy Limiters approved

My dear friends,

Let me inform you, that new make of Energy Limiter has received Naviga approval. We use energy limiters in both Secion M and Section E.
Additionally to the existing models, from now on we can use the new Tenshock limiters at both E and M Section events. There is a specific model for each energy class and they are not alterable. I have updated the Annexes on M Section Rules page.
